Orders

1) How do I place an order?
Add items to cart → enter shipping details → choose payment method → confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

2) Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, before dispatch. Email support@shopbuzzy.in with your Order ID and the updated address.

3) How do I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also ask us at support@shopbuzzy.in with your Order ID.


Shipping & Delivery

4) What are the delivery timelines?
Metro: 3–5 business days. Non-metro/remote: 5–9 business days. Processing/dispatch: 1–3 business days. Delays can occur due to the courier or the weather.

5) Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, to most serviceable PIN codes in India. If your PIN is unserviceable, we’ll notify you and refund prepaid orders.

6) What are the shipping charges?
Free above ₹[499]; otherwise ₹[49–99]. Exact charges show at checkout.

7) My order shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Check with family/security/neighbor, and the courier’s proof of delivery. If unresolved within 24 hours, email us with the Order ID and we’ll investigate.


Payments

8) What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and (select PIN codes) Cash on Delivery (COD).

9) My payment was debited, but the order didn’t confirm.
Banks usually auto-reverse within 3–7 business days. Share the transaction reference with support@shopbuzzy.in so we can follow up.

10) Is COD available?
Yes, for eligible PIN codes/orders. COD fees may apply. Repeated COD refusals can disable COD for your account.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

11) What is your return window?
Return/refund requests within 7 days of delivery. Defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos/video.

12) How do I start a return?
Email support@shopbuzzy.in with Order ID, issue details, and photos/video (if applicable). We’ll share pickup/label steps.

13) Are there non-returnable items?
Yes: unsealed personal care, innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics, perishables, digital goods, customized items, and items marked “Final Sale”.

14) When will I get my refund?
After we receive/inspect the item and approve:

  • Online payments: 5–7 business days to the original method.

  • COD: 5–7 business days via bank transfer or store credit.

15) Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if stock is available. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund/store credit.


Cancellations

16) Can I cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch: Email us for a full refund.

  • After dispatch: Refuse delivery or request a return after delivery (shipping may be deducted for remorse cancellations).


Products & Sizing

17) Are product colors/sizes exact?
We try our best, but slight variations can occur due to lighting/screens or manufacturer specs. Check the size guide on the product page.

18) Do products come with a warranty?
If the brand/manufacturer offers a warranty, it applies. We’ll help you connect to the service center.


Accounts & Privacy

19) Do I need an account to order?
Guest checkout is supported. An account helps with faster checkout, tracking, and order history.

20) How is my data protected?
We use SSL and standard security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.


Offers & Gift Options

21) How do I apply a coupon?
Enter your code at checkout. One coupon per order. Some items may be excluded from promos.

22) Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?
Where possible, yes (small fee may apply). Look for the option at checkout or email us.


Support & Escalation

24) How quickly do you respond?
Most queries are answered within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Complex cases may take 48–72 hours.

25) How do I escalate an unresolved issue?
